Garden Veggie Detox Juice
Celebrities are touting the benefits of a detox juice program that can help a person lose weight while making their bodies healthier from the inside out. Although there are several different kinds of detox juice diets, those that are made up of natural fruit and vegetables juices are deemed to be more nutritional and safe.

- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 3 carrots
- ½ cup spinach leaves(fresh is best)
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon basil
Mix all ingredients in a juicer or blender until smooth, stir the mixture before drinking. Adding raw green onions into the mixture adds a little more kick for those enjoy it. Squeezing two lemons (juice only) into the mixture provides a little zest as well as a boost to the body’s digestive system.
This mixture provides plenty of nutrition to sustain your body during the detox period. Raw vegetables are packed full of vitamins and minerals that are often lost during cooking or processing. This drink can be made ahead of time and stored in canning jars in the refrigerator.
